General information
  • Members receive a 15% discount on facility rentals for their event, including weddings. 
     

  • Memberships can be purchased when reserving the facility. 
     

  • To book an event Contact Us as soon as possible to make sure your dates are available. 
     

  • Professional Photographers wishing to shoot the Village and Museum grounds must contact us first. Arrangements for copyright and use of photos can be arranged easily. 
     

  • Graduating Members can book their Senior photos here for FREE. 
     

  • Wedding Photo shoots must be schedule in advance so that we can have the Village and your desired locations ready. *Wedding photos: Fee includes entire wedding party and photographer: $50 members; $100 for non-members. Before or after regular museum hours add $30. Wedding shoots must be scheduled and paid for in advance.

  • Fees listed are during regular business hours and include admission. 

  • Extra fees applicable if the event is outside of regular hours and extra staff or security are needed for the event. 

  • Members receive a 15% discount.

    • Small Groups (10 or less)
      Included with Admission

    • Medium Group 11-29:   $50.00

    • Large Group 30-59:     $75.00

    • Event Group (60+):     $100.00
       

  • Kitchen/Grill (Includes Tables, Chairs, Projector)
    Kitchen does not have water in it, but does have roasters, fridges, freezer, countertops, coolers, grill, etc. Water is available, but must be brought to kitchen area. You must do basic clean up after your event. 

    • Small group (10 or less):    $60.00

    • Medium Group (11-29):     $120.00

    • Large Group 30-59):       $240.00

    • Event Group (60+):          $350.00

  • Tents & Canopies

    • Pop Up 10x10 Tents: $10.00 each for day use

    • 20x20 Canopy Tents: $100.00 per tent

    • 20x40 Canopy Tents: $150.00 per tent
       

  • Weddings: Zion Lutheran Church or Gazebo

    • Zion Lutheran holds 90.

    • The Sandven Building or Old Main Gallery can host receptions of rehearsal dinners. 

    • Contact us to arrange the details on your wedding. We have relationships with flower vendors, caterers, musicians, DJ's, clergy, cake makers, and more. Cost of weddings varies by size, duration, and use of buildings, and requested extras.
